As an Integrative Counsellor, I provide a safe and nurturing space whether this is face-to-face, online by video or by phone where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgement.
I work with adults and adolescents experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, low self-esteem, stress, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
My integrative approach means I draw on different therapeutic models, including Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Transactional Analysis. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to counselling. We are all unique, and our sessions should reflect that.
Together, we can explore what is happening for you, gain a deeper understanding of your experiences, and work towards healing, self-awareness, and lasting positive change.
